Founder

Dr. Xu Xiaoqing, founder of TP, holds a Master’s degree in Law, a Ph.D. in Management, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in the United States. Dr. Xu has extensive experience, having practiced law in mainland China from 2005 to 2023, serving as the Managing Partner at Allbright Law Firm, a leading law firm in China.

Throughout his career, Dr. Xu has provided long-term services to private equity funds and publicly listed companies in China, particularly accumulating rich business experience and industry resources in sectors such as automotive manufacturing and components, biopharmaceuticals, smart manufacturing, and semiconductors.​

Dr. Xu Xiaoqing concurrently serves as a visiting professor, adjunct professor, and master’s supervisor at Tsinghua University Law School (since 2012), Antai College of Economics & Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (since 2013), and Law School at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law (since 2019). Since 2017, Dr. Xu has been offering legal services to Chinese enterprises for their investments in the ASEAN region, assisting numerous private enterprises and listed companies from China’s Top 500 and aiding in their investment and local transaction handling in the region

Managing Partner

Yu Chiyu, Co-founder of TP, holds a Master’s degree in Law and is a practicing lawyer in China.

He is a researcher at the China-ASEAN Legal Research Center and a part-time teacher at Southwest University of Political Science and Law. Lawyer Yu practiced at one of the largest law firms in China, DACHENG Law Firm, where he served as a partner. Since 2016, he has been based in the ASEAN region, accumulating extensive experience in providing services to Chinese enterprises. He has assisted numerous Chinese state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and large private enterprises in establishing branch offices in ASEAN countries and has provided end-to-end legal services for investment projects.

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Anyaphit Tanawatophas has long focused on supporting Chinese enterprises in their investment and compliant operations in Thailand, with comprehensive experience spanning corporate matters and dispute resolution. She has led teams of lawyers and cross-disciplinary professionals in delivering integrated legal and business solutions to foreign clients, and possesses a deep understanding of the key needs of Chinese companies establishing and growing in Thailand.

Anyaphit has extensive experience in government liaison and regulatory coordination, enabling efficient engagement with authorities to ensure lawful, compliant, and sustainable operations in Thailand. She is fluent in Chinese, Thai, and English, and is committed to serving as a bridge for cooperation between Chinese and Thai businesses.

Founder’s Assistant

Suchanan Chatanon serves as the Assistant to the Managing Partner of the Firm, supporting the Managing Partner in the firm’s overall administration and internal management.

Her responsibilities focus on administrative oversight and internal process management. She supports internal operations and assists in the implementation of management decisions. Fluent in Thai, Chinese, and English, she works effectively in a multilingual professional environment. In addition to her internal management responsibilities, she provides support on corporate administrative matters when required.
