TP is a Thailand-based commercial law firm dedicated to providing world-class legal services to foreign enterprises investing in Thailand, with an international perspective.

Although TP is a young law firm, established in 2023 by Dr. Xiaoqing Xu together with senior Thai lawyers and advisors, it is also a highly experienced one. Dr. Xu has more than 20 years of international legal practice experience, having worked at leading global law firms. Since 2015, the other founders and core team members have continuously provided services to foreign enterprises in Thailand, covering nearly all areas of foreign investment. With this background, TP has been repeatedly recommended and recognized by various international legal ranking institutions as a “recommended and leading law firm” in Thailand.

Positioning and Vision of TP

TP is a medium-sized, corporate-structured boutique commercial law firm focused on serving corporate clients.

Our long-term goal is to become a boutique commercial law firm widely respected and recognized across Southeast Asia. We will continue to focus on Thai domestic matters while fostering collaboration with professional service institutions from various countries and regions.

Recognizing the limits of service capabilities allows us to focus more effectively. We do not pursue being “large and comprehensive”; instead, we strive to build strengths in a few key areas such as investment and M&A, local compliance, international trade support and remedies, and major commercial litigation. Nor do we pursue a large number of clients; by focusing on selected target clients, we can dedicate all our resources to delivering optimal results.
